About Private Universe
Located in North Ryde, Private Universe was founded by Brendan Helsham in June 2000. Initially providing simple break/fix support to a small range of clients, over time Private Universe grew to supply hardware and software and build its support base.
Private Universe has been providing IT Managed Services since 2011, to many different vertical markets including; local government, manufacturing, automotive, retail, legal, and many local businesses around Sydney.
In 2008, Private Universe added telephony services to its portfolio by partnering with 3CX. Since then, Private Universe has become one of few Platinum partners located in New South Wales and have deployed over 200 phone systems. Currently Private Universe focus on delivering Hosted PBX services utilising AWS cloud infrastructure.
Private Universe partnered with AAPT in 2014 to deliver cost-effective business Internet connections to its clients. The partnership allows Private Universe to provide a service to its clients over and above what is typically expected from an ISP, and a unique ability for Private Universe to be a complete one-stop-shop for all IT needs.
Private Universe is a Tier-1 Cloud Solution Provider with Microsoft and continues to perform Office 365 migrations for many clients.
Private Universe is currently lead by Brendan and Brad, with a total of seven staff, servicing approximately 700 endpoints and servers.
Private Universe provides centralised IT management and consultancy for businesses sized 15 to 300.
